Installation

We have implemented systems and trained users around the world by working with each client locally to deliver the best system for their needs. Our methods are based on over 25 years of experience. Fern offers a complete installation service; we are committed to assisting our clients get the right start.

Data Migration

We have converted data from many suppliers around the world, including client, account, transaction, chart of accounts and journal data, as well as product settings and important list and secondary information. Our experienced staff will ensure your data is transferred quickly and accurately. Fern works closely with the client during this process to maximise the efficiency of this process and to ensure that data integrity is maintained.

Training

This is our number one priority. A comprehensive training package is provided with all Abacus OneWorld systems installed. Not only do you receive personal training from one of our customer engineers, you also receive comprehensive training notes, user manuals, and an extensive online help file.

Support

Fern’s highly qualified and experienced customer engineers receive continuous technical training in order to provide the best support to you. You deal direct with the people that developed and installed your software solution, not a call centre or untrained staff member. Technical support is available both online and over the phone. All issues are reported and recorded and a knowledge base is maintained to help you get the answers you need when you need them.
